The Shiraz fruit for this wine was carefully selected from the best old vines in the Barossa Valley. It was de-stemmed and fermented in open fermentors with pump overs twice daily before resting in French Oak Hogshead barrels for 2 years before bottling. Concentrated and opulent aromas of blackberry, plum, black cherry and cassis burst from the glass with fervour. These wonderful aromatics carry through to a supple and velvety palate with beautifully balanced acidity which give the wine a vibrant energy. Black fruit characters abound on the palate, backed by spice, dark chocolate, licorice and oak. This wine shows perfect tension between ripe fruit, bright acidity and a smooth seductive tannins that provide wonderful length. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years.

This NERO Cabernet Sauvignon is very dry on the nose, but yet so gentle and elegant on the palate. Quite rich with oak and with dark cherry notes mixed with raspberry, tobacco and jazzy granny smith apple. A superb dry red wine with distinctive earthen flavours, marked tannins and plenty of finesse.

This wine is a Vivid crimson-purple and made from a single vineyard at Marananga, to the west of the central Barossa Valley floor. Handpicked and fermented in open vats with time in new and old French oak, this beautifully crafted wine shows flavours of blackberry fruits, plums and warm spices. The resultant wines show exceptional concentration of flavour and outstanding structure. Exceptional concentration of dark fruit flavours intermingled with warm spices. The wine has fine sandy tanning, resulting in a soft mouth feel.
