Recommended Serving Temperatures

Wine is best served at the correct temperature to ensure that you get the best experience from the smell and taste. Here are the recommended serving temperatures applicable to each wine type:

Chilled at 8-10°c - Dessert Wine, Sparkling Wine (Sekt, Prosecco, Spumante) and Rose Wine.

Chilled at 10-12°c - White Wine and Champagne.

Slightly Chilled at 12-14°c - Sweet Red Wine.

Room Temperature at 14-18°c - Medium Red Wine.

Ambient Temperature at 18-20°c - Dry Red Wine

Some Full Bodied, Reserve and Grand Reserve wines are better served afetr they have been decanted and left to breathe for 30-40 mins before serving. Decant and serve at 14-18°c
