This elegant wine is made from the grape Cortese di Gavi grown in the Alessandria region. Its colour is bright pale straw colour with greenish hues. The subtle aroma is fine, with notes of white flowers and green apples. The flavour is fresh, mineral, dry, soft and persistent.
