Grapes

As the name suggests, Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG is made from the Barbera grape variety (90-100%), with the permitted addition of local red grapes (0-10%). This is a Ruby red wine which turns to garnet red with age. The scent is intense and characteristic with a tendency to become more ethereal with age. The taste is dry and become more mellow with age while the wine is more full-bodied, harmonious and pleasant.

This Syrah Reserva wine is a true reflection of the best of the Casablanca valley. The magnificent fruit with which it is made gives it a great concentration and intensity of flavours that stand out. To achieve this the winery selected the best grapes from the vineyards and vinified carefully in addition to the six months in oak barrels.

This Red Wine is a blend of Graciano and Garnacha grapes. In appearance it is a strong raspberry red colour with violet trims. High intensity. High aromatic intensity with predominance of red and black fruit, spices and mineral scents. The taste is of a round, soft, fresh and elegant Red Wine.

This subtle blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo is yellow in colour with brilliant highlights and greenish hints On the nose, green apple aromas blend with citric and tropical notes On the palate, it is smooth with a balanced acidity and a persistent finish.

This deliciously dry Riesling is full of fruit flavours with very pleasant nuances of Apricot and Peach, with a refreshing acidity. Serve chilled at 8-10c to experience this Dry White Wine at its very best.

The wine feels like the nasal cavity is full of ripe fruit, but leaves in the palate with spices. The taste is deep and impressive with the sour taste combined harmoniously with the mineral taste
