Lindsay Collection, His Only Pair – Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa Valley Region displays a deep rich purple red colour. It is a mouth filling Red Wine with strong blackcurrant fruit and white pepper characters which are rounded out by the addition of a grassy tome. This Red Wine has fine tannins which do not over power the palate due to the well balanced structure.
Food Suggestions: Pairs very well with duck, Australian beef, pate, all roast meat, hard cheeses and sausages.
