Since 2011, Domaine de L’Ostal Rosé has been made from equal quantities of Grenache (50 %) and Syrah (50 %) grown on the coolest terroirs of the domaine and the Pays d'Oc region. In order to obtain its beautiful pale pink colour, the grapes are pressed immediately at low temperatures. A pleasant touch of freshness on the finish, very pale, clear and delicate pink in hue. The highly complex and delicate nose offers a subtle combination of rose petals and pomegranate. On the palate, the attack is supple, light and fresh. The finish offers a pleasant touch of freshness with fruity aromas and pomegranate notes.

The delicious Champagne has a full, sweet taste of ripe grapes with a very delicate and wonderful processing ratio, including 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay. With a long ageing time in special oak barrels, the whole structure of the wine is expressed in a more complete and perfect way when the wine is more vibrant, richer and more aromatic. The wine has quite smooth and rich tannins, the soft acrid taste is shown extremely sweet and natural on the tongue of diners every time they enjoy it.

The Red Wine has a soft, fruity flavor with a firm tannin, a lot of dark berry flavors and a long flavor. This Bordeaux Red Wine is a subtle blend of Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec grapes.

This Red Wine is a blend of grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec,Merlot, Petit Verdot and Carménère. Aged for 12 months in French Oak Barrels.
