Well balanced, Medium body

A well balanced drinking wine, which is drier than sweet, and less bold than expected. Accompanies Beef, Pasta and Lamb very well. Red fruity/plum flavour with hints of chocolate. Very easy to drink.

Thanks for your review Terry.. this bold but elegantly dry Monastrell goes really well with Lamb, especially a deep rich stew... perfect for a cold winters evening... not that we get many of those in Saigon ;)
