Semillion

Semillion ripens earlier in the season than most grapes and is less likely to be damaged by rains or frosts. It produces wines that are full flavored, rich, and aromatic.

Semillion is most often blended with other varieties (Sauvignon Blanc) to take advantage of the strengths of each variety. Whether in the sweet wines or in the dryer wines, Semillion has the ability to age for a very long time.
