It is a full-bodied, rich and powerful Red Wine with an intense ruby red colour. The nose is complex with aromas of over-ripe cherries, raspberries, redcurrants, and plum spices and chocolate. On the palate, there are flavors of dried fruit, slight raisin character, plums, damsons, garrigue and a hint of spice. The finish is rich and full with good, sweet fruit flavors in an excellent balance.

This Navigator Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley region of California is a complex array of red fruits, mixed with flavors of cola, herbs. Gentle on the oral cavity and rich, generous finish. Beautiful garnet colour with aromas of cherry, red raspberry, baking spice and subtle vanilla notes. On the palate, flavors are of concentrated red and blue fruit, with a core of cherry and dark raspberry with purple violet floral notes. Medium bodied with balanced acidity that lifts the flavors.

Bigardo Tinta de Toro red wine, made from 100% Tinta de Toro grapes, is a well-made, exciting Toro, brimming with tradition and vibrant youth, is sophisticated and straightforward, showing itself with a ruby red cloak with purple hues. The first nose is intense and layered, bringing forward aromas of black currants, boysenberries, and dried cherries infused with scents of unsweetened cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla. A lovely bouquet over a robust, yet elegant palate that extends for minutes before gliding into a lush aftertaste. You can taste the intense red fruit with raspberry and blueberry notes. There is a hint of black fruit flavours as well, such as blackberry. Tannins are evident along with pine, cocoa, spice and licorice flavour notes. The finish is long and crisp, with a slight bitterness on the tip of your tongue.

This is a softer and more balanced style of Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of black cherry and some cassis. The palate shows good balance with a moderate bodied style with some pepper, present cherry and a touch of oak.

Octopoda, Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon is dark and dense, with aroma of casis, plum, anise and just a right amount of toasty spice and vanilla. This fruit forward Cabernet is intense and enveloped in soft, ripe tannins which leads to beautiful balance finish.
