The Stonefish Reserve Shiraz is sourced from meticulously selected Shiraz grapes to ensure premium quality. Enjoy the peppery aromas of bouquet and its sweet berry palate along with your choice of decadent meals. Luscious, spicy and sweet. This elegantly styled wine has rich, concentrated aromas of plum, blue and blackberry with a deep crimson hue. The palate has a moderate weight with flavours of plum supported by hints of spice, perfectly integrated tannins and a subtle tone of cherry on the close. Elegant, with rich aromas of plum and berries, moderate weight and a hint of cherry on the nose.

This Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon has excellent varietal character with intense blackcurrant aroma and hints of regional bay leaf and quality oak. The palate is medium bodied with good depth of black forest fruits and a grip of fine tannins. Beautifully balanced with superb length. Drink beautifully now or within 5-7 years.

This Churchview, St Johns Limited Release wine is made from hand picked Viognier and “Old block” Shiraz grapes. The brilliant Ruby Red coloured wine is matured in French oak barrigues and hogs heads for 16 months. The Intense aromas of red fruits, cherries, cranberries, with a liquorice coated raspberry confectionary sweetness. Layers of spice, cashew nuts and tobacco dance together with the subtle apricot lift. On the palate this is a lovely soft and round wine. A generous mid pallet of the red fruits and spice dominate the mouthfeel. The fine tannins create a length of succulence and balance.
