The superb Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc displays a vibrant bouquet of freshly cut peach, gooseberries and lemongrass. crisp flavours of white pear and squeezed limes introduce a vital palate of viscous natural acidity and subtle tones of brioche and candied nuts,A focused finish of bristling freshness and fruit purity.

This Austrian Sekt is a blend of Gruner Weltliner and Welchriesling. Gentle pear-flesh and lemon scents are enlivened by gentle fizz on the nose. The palate has a lovely backdrop of yeast to counter the fruit freshness while the foam becomes frothier.The finish is dry, yeasty and very refreshing.

This elegant wine is made from the grape Cortese di Gavi grown in the Alessandria region. Its colour is bright pale straw colour with greenish hues. The subtle aroma is fine, with notes of white flowers and green apples. The flavour is fresh, mineral, dry, soft and persistent.
