Beautiful garnet colour with purple border. Aroma of cherries, dark chocolate, black pepper, spice & soft oak. Unique integrated acidity and calming tannins. Full body with chocolate aftertaste at the end. This Bordeaux Red Wine is a blend of grape varieties: 60% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc

Another classic Chardonnay from the Napa Valley region of California. For a White wine the taste is thick, sharp, moderate acidity, and dry of nature. The ageing process in oak barrels gives the wine a variety of aromas, adding a hint of buttercream and toasted almonds.

This Churchview, St Johns Limited Release wine is made from hand picked Viognier and “Old block” Shiraz grapes. The brilliant Ruby Red coloured wine is matured in French oak barrigues and hogs heads for 16 months. The Intense aromas of red fruits, cherries, cranberries, with a liquorice coated raspberry confectionary sweetness. Layers of spice, cashew nuts and tobacco dance together with the subtle apricot lift. On the palate this is a lovely soft and round wine. A generous mid pallet of the red fruits and spice dominate the mouthfeel. The fine tannins create a length of succulence and balance.

Since 2011, Domaine de L’Ostal Rosé has been made from equal quantities of Grenache (50 %) and Syrah (50 %) grown on the coolest terroirs of the domaine and the Pays d'Oc region. In order to obtain its beautiful pale pink colour, the grapes are pressed immediately at low temperatures. A pleasant touch of freshness on the finish, very pale, clear and delicate pink in hue. The highly complex and delicate nose offers a subtle combination of rose petals and pomegranate. On the palate, the attack is supple, light and fresh. The finish offers a pleasant touch of freshness with fruity aromas and pomegranate notes.
